ALL BOOKINGS
Sadly, we cannot offer refunds for any of our workshops or print sessions once a booking is made and paid for
– This applies to all Workshops, Open Access, Print Club, and Induction. Should you be unable to attend your booking, you can nominate or gift your place to another person.
All bookings are non-date transferrable.

REFUNDS
In the circumstance that a Weekend Workshop doesn’t meet the minimum number of attendee’s required to go ahead, a full refund will be issued to those who have already booked on. Notice will be given in advance.

WEEKEND WORKSHOPS, BEGINNERS, AND INTERMEDIATE COURSES
All tutor- led courses, do not require participants to have completed an Induction Course as there is tutor supervision throughout. All materials required for Workshops are provided as part of the booking fee.

OPEN ACCESS
Anyone wishing to use Open Access must have completed the studio Induction Course.
A tutor is always available to offer help and advice during Open Access sessions.

PRINT CLUB
Print Club membership is by invitation only. Club members are people who have been regular users of the facilities,
and printmakers who have enough printing experience to work independently and safely in the print studio.
Membership is primarily offered on Health and Safety considerations for everyone.
Members may NOT bring guests to work in the studio, unless previously agreed with Iain Sloan.

MATERIALS PROVIDED
Open Access and Print Club members are provided with the following resources as part of their booking fee:
-All inks
-Etching wax
-Professional quality rollers
-Rags
-Collagraph card
-Tissue paper
-Newsprint
-Blotting paper
-Quality sponges
-Use of UV/Exposure equipment
-Lincoln wash
-Use of printing presses
-Use of hand tools
-Use of print racks for drying time
- Cleaning materials
-Hand cleaning solutions, including soap, barrier cream, moisturising cream, paper towels
-Access to small library of print books

MARKETING
Any artwork produced in Iron Press Printmaking studio may be used for marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise arranged.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

While printmakers are responsible for their own health and safety, during the Induction Course all necessary advice and instruction is given to promote safety and good working practices.

Hazards within the studio are explained and labelled where appropriate. All due diligence and on-site instruction are supported and promoted by tutors.

Safety procedures and risk assessment are constantly reviewed.
